We decided to enlarge our back patio from 112 sq ft to 227 sq ft to accommodate more outdoor furniture in the summer. So, we contacted the contractor who built our 3-seasons room a few years ago and who subcontracted the original patio work. That is what led us to C&R Patio Rehab. Rob and Justin disassembled our existing sitting wall and used the blocks for the trim around the flower bed in front of our 3-seasons room. They removed the existing pavers and completely resurfaced (compacted and graded) the enlarged area and then added identical paver tiles from Olberfield’s for the larger patio floor and purchased replacement wall materials from Olberfield’s. This project was completed in 4 days. Rob, the owner, was excellent with respect to communication before and during the project. Frankly, these guys are old school professional contractors. They are meticulous in their work and cleaned up the area well at the end of each day. Finally, we found the cost to be very fair. I am sure that we could have found someone willing to do the work for less but, as the saying goes, you generally get what you pay for when it comes to home improvement projects. We highly recommend C&R Patio Rehab.

I’m so stoked to have our 15-year old paver patio rehabbed. It was covered in mold and moss prior to C&R Patio Rehab power washing, polymeric sanding, and sealing it. The owner and his employee were a pleasure with which to work and attentive to our questions, concerns, and needs. We tried twice before to power wash and sand the patio ourselves to save money with results not even near the quality results we got with C&R Patio Rehab. Wish I would have done this years ago. Rob came out within a couple days to access our patio. Was very thorough of what he could and couldn’t fix. Came back out a few days later and drilled weep holes and affixed our caps on our sitting walls. Communication was great! It was great to have someone come so quickly, we had been waiting on another contractor to return calls!
